We have found aluminium hydroxide in gel form. Richard did not know it was available. We will be letting him know where to get it as we found through a pharmacist who the wholesaler is. Richard can then help other cats who could use it. The gel is easier to administer for the cat. We will have that tomorrow.
In the morning the vet will check the blood to see if the creatinine levels have fallen from 550. if it does, it means the fluids helped that. This would be a good thing.
